The Beeodiversity Cowl is a free pattern (accessible to all Birdhouse Yarns customers in-store) by Meredith Willmott as part of the Local Critters for Local Knitters program; knit this lovely stranded knit cowl while learning about the four Sonoran bee species present on the knitting chart. It can be worked in any two skeins of high contrast worsted weight yarn but we recommend this custom-dyed kit by Vicky Brehm of Hot Magenta Yarn company, with colors inspired by the Blue Orchard Mason bee:
