Hat of the Month Club

Every month, we'll provide the yarn, printed pattern and casual guidance from Tina for a new hat! Expand your knitting and pattern reading skills while making a lovely hat for yourself or as a gift. Needles are not included in the club.

January's hat will be the Upsala by Kate Gagnon Osborn, a bulky weight pattern we will knit up in the lovely Malabrigo Vientos. Please bring your size 8 and 10 16-inch circular needles and a set of size 10 dpns.

February's hat will be the February Hat by Kate Gagnon Osborn, a worsted weight pattern that will be perfect in Cascade 220 Superwash. Pattern calls for US4 and US6 needles.

March will feature Jason's Cashmere Hat by Melissa Thomson and we'll indulge in Moonshine by Juniper Moon Farm. Pattern calls for size US6 and US8 needles.

April's hat is the Pannonica Slouch by Shannon Dunbabin. This lighter weight, transitional hat will be worked in Anchor Bay by Cascade and the pattern calls from US4 and US6 needles. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/pannonica-slouch

For May, we will be making the May Hat by Kate Gagnon Osborn and using the Germantown by Kelbourne Woolens. A bit more of a challenge, you can stretch your skills over the summer months. The pattern calls for US5 and US7 needles.
